Terms of Use

You may print and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Site.

Baltson Ltd. may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Baltson.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use Baltson content (inclusive of text, images, URLs, pricing information, etc.) in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of Baltson content requires the prior written permission of Baltson Ltd.

You agree not to use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent requests.


Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You are responsible for ensuring that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and for informing us of any changes to the information, you have provided.


Pricing

Prices shown on Baltson website are per room for accommodation and tour packages, per person for excursions, per unit for FIT bookings.

Prices are subject to change, until the booking has been confirmed.

For groups 10 participants or more, group tariffs may be available on request.

Senior Prices apply for customers 60 years and over.

An adult must accompany children under sixteen.

Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes, charges or fees.

Prices do not Include (unless stated otherwise) - gratuities to the guide, driver or tour manager, food and beverages and transfers to/from stations. Gratuities are at your discretion.


Reservations

All reservations must be confirmed in writing and must have our booking reference. You are able to amend, modify or cancel reservation in your Agent area using the unique reference of the reservation.

For group bookings a 25% deposit is required within 10 days of confirmation. The deposit is refundable if the group is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date.

For bookings within 10 days of arrival, full payment by bankers draft or credit card is required.


Payment

Full payment is required 10 days prior to the arrival, unless otherwise specified, by bank transfer or by card.

There is no charge or service fee for processing Credit-card payments.

Cancellation, refund and procedure to cancel a booking

For FIT bookings cancellation charges may arise less than 7 days prior to the arrival date. In case cancellation is made less than 48 hours to the arrival date, it results 100% charges.

For group bookings cancellation 30 days or more to the arrival: no charges, 29-15 days: 50% cancellation charge, 14-7 days: 75% charge. Group cancellation after 7 days period prior to the arrival: 100% cancellation charges.

Theatre tickets, rail trips, lunch and dinner products, overnight tours, attraction tickets cannot be amended or cancelled once booked.

For full and half day coach excursion, a full refund will only be made up to 48 hours prior to departure; otherwise 100% charge will apply.

Refunds & Compensation

In the event that a venue is not visited during a coach tour due to unforeseen circumstances, an amount equal to the value of the admission will be refunded at our discretion.


Complaints

We want you to enjoy your experience with us. Sometimes however things do not go according to plan and if you feel that we have not lived up to your expectations, or that we could improve our service in some way. Please let us know by email info@baltson.com and we will respond to you within 3 - 5 business days.


Baltson Vouchers

You will receive a personalized voucher (“Voucher”) for each tour; event or service booked though our agents or us. You must provide the original voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid voucher.

For security purposes, when redeeming your voucher you must present a valid Photo ID. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.

Departure dates, pickups & returns

Dates of departure and collection times are subject to change or cancellation, should unforeseen circumstances occur.

In the event that you miss your pickup time, please contact us for assistance.


Health, Passport, & Visas

We strongly recommend that all clients take out travel insurance

Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey especially (but without limitation) if he booked tours, packages or transfers including flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure. He has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.
